HOTEL RATES

Nightly Hotel Rate $109++  (All Inclusive Rate: $145.23)

++ Rate is based on 2 adults per bedroom. The above ++ rate does not include state, local taxes or applicable hospitality and resort charges, currently at 29.95% / $32.65. An access charge of $3.58 per night has not been applied to the guest rate and includes free local calls, as well as toll free numbers, unlimited use of personal in-room safe.

Maximum permitted occupancies for each unit are determined by North Shore Hotel.

GROUP RATE

Group room rates apply (3) three days before and after conference dates.

Group room rates do not apply to and cannot be used in conjunction with special promotional offers.

GROUP NAME

2025 NATIONAL SERVICE COORDINATOR CONFERENCE

The group name can ONLY be used when reservations are made directly with the hotel’s reservation team at the number above which places you in our designated room block.

**The group code is not available or valid if you book your room online or use a third party like Expedia or Travelocity **

HOTEL PAYMENT DETAILS:

A credit card is required to make and hold the reservation,

All reservations must be guaranteed by one night's deposit at the time of the reservation. 

This advance deposit will be credited to the last night's stay of the individual reservation.

If you are paying in cash or check, you will still be required to put a credit or debit card on file, and this card will be authorized for any outstanding balance plus a $50 per day temporary authorization for incidentals. Group rate available through 9/8/25 to make reservations. Reservations received after this date will be honored on a space available basis.

Cancellation of individual room reservations up to seven days prior to arrival is subject to a $50.00 processing per room.  Cancellation of reservation within seven days prior to arrival date is subject to the loss of your deposit.  All no shows will be billed for one night's accommodation. Upon check-in, if you are paying with a credit or debit card, your card will be authorized for the full amount of your stay plus, a $50 per day temporary authorization for incidentals.

You must present the credit or debit card that was used for your deposit at the time of check-in. If a corporate card was used for the deposit, please have your company’s credit card authorization form with you.
