The Center’s Quality Assurance Coaches deliver next level Service Coordination support. The MFSC Resource Guide charges Service Coordinators to support residents with successfully aging in place with the highest quality of life & we are committed to challenging every Service Coordinator to ensure that every resident they encounter has that experience. Our coaching is designed for Sec. 8, 202, PRAC and 236 affordable housing communities. With master level provided by former Service Coordinators and human services professionals, we deliver workable plans to ensure compliance, set realistic goals with measurable outcomes, compile HUD’s SFS annual reports, and offer enhancements to creative Health and Wellness programming; all while safeguarding and encouraging positive and successful relationships with residents, Property Manager, and the community.
The Center’s Grant Management Team’s goal is to work closely with the housing companies accounting team to administer and manage the Multi Family Service Coordinator Program Grant Funds, balancing all line items and Ensuring Timely, Accurate, Monthly Submissions of LOCCS voucher draws. We also ensure the submission of HUD’s 27054E (eLOCCS request), 91186A (annual budgets), 50080 (financial report) and grantsolutions access and notes / report uploads.
The Center’s Speakers Bureau: also known as The Village Learning Café is committed to Increasing Resident Quality of Life via Social Connectedness, Involvement & Participation. This is accomplished with providing energetic, informative, current, and intriguing presentations on a myriad of topics of interest to our Elders, Caregivers and the Professionals who work with our Elders. Our learning cafes are tailored to support the interest of community groups, churches, sororities / fraternities, civic engagement groups, and the various living communities i.e., independent living, personal care, CCRC and life-long communities. The topics support the premise of embracing “A Wholistic Approach to Living” and we make every effort to accommodate your request.
The Center’s training team collaborates with our partners to develop the most efficient and transformative learning paths for the team. We offer a creative suite of trainings designed for knowledge transfer aimed at expanding the employee’s professional environment utilizing a blended learning platform.
Serve as subject-matter expert consultant to Housing Management companies focused on supporting staff professional wellness and staff retention. Corporate wellness programs are designed to support and encourage a wholistic approach to employee wellness by creating an organizational culture of a healthy work-life balance. Offering a corporate wellness solution that extends beyond traditional wellness programs cultivating healthy habits among employees which increases productivity, boosts employee engagement, and helps employees thrive.
