Queen Bailey, LCSW, EAP-C is a well-loved and respected Transformational Speaker, Aging Services Specialist, Quality Assurance Coach, Wellness Enthusiast, Psychotherapist, and Philanthropist who has journeyed a path of “Servant Leadership”. Her mission is to teach and love no matter the environment. She is multi-talented, with an infectious attitude about life, a passion of reverence towards our elders, and an impeccable calling in training adult learners. With over 35 years of experience as a “social change agent” and Psychotherapist, she has practical experience collaborating with teams, diverse communities, and our residents to inspire, teach, and serve.

Since 2012, Queen has been the Principal Quality Assurance Coach, Senior Grants Administrator, and Chief Wellness Officer of a premier consulting company, recently renamed The Center for Affordable Housing & Resident Services, Inc. which focuses on “Transforming the Culture of Aging Services & the Housing Industry one HEART at a time“. Queen began her tenure in the field of aging in 2005 and served for 7 years as a Service Coordinator, Director of Support Services, 504 Reasonable Accommodations Coordinator, and legendaryHUD 4381.5 MFSC Service Coordinator Resource Guide decoder. Queen’s commitment to transformative teaching has fueled dynamic and thought-provoking workshops and training on diverse topics from leadership, aging-specific dynamics, and housing-related customer service issues to energizing our staff and developing teams of excellence.
She proudly announces and boosts on being a certified Nurturing Teacher & Trainer of Excellence bestowed upon her by two phenomenal elders Eva & Dot. Queen embodies a personal and professional mission to serve with integrity, advocate with love, deliver quality and excellence without compromise, and live dedicated to improving the quality of life for every person who crosses her path. Queen’s philanthropy has been visible in providing meals and supplies to Service Coordinator programs, providing transportation resources so elders can attend social events, sponsoring various Health & Wellness programs, and Staff self-care packages at affordable housing communities around the country. Queen has also been celebrated as “a compassionate facilitator that creates a safe space for conversations” on diversity, inclusion, and sensitivity in affordable housing communities around the country. She is unapologetic about promoting and creating inclusive practices by transforming policies and communities one heart at a time. When it comes to Service, Queen is shamelessly faithful. She advocates without wavering and at times enters conversations to lovingly clarify any mischaracterizations of service, wellness, and professional relationships.
