The Center’s 2025 National Service Coordinator Conference Committee is looking for volunteers to make this conference an experience like no other beginning Tuesday, September 23rd thru Friday, September 26th. 

We have a wonderful conference planned and we want our Service Coordinator Family to help us make it a success. The Annual Conference Planning Committee and The Center staff have been working diligently planning this Inaugural Conference on a limited budget and are very committed to keeping costs low to make this conference experience as affordable and amazing as possible for our conference attendees. 

We invite our enthusiastic and dependable Service Coordinator family to help us make this conference a seamless success! We have wonderful incentives for those who put in volunteer hours!  

Annual Conference Volunteer Descriptions 

Many Hands Make It Light 

• Shift lasts 2 – 4 hours Tuesday
• Setting Up registration
• Displaying Conference Swag
• Putting together goodie bags 
• Displaying Conference Signage

Welcome Desk Volunteer: 

• Shifts last for two hours. 
• Greeting our SC family as they arrive 
• Distribute conference packets and name tags 
• Distribute goodie bags
• Answer questions

Registration Desk Volunteer: 

• Shifts last 2 hours
• Greet attendees, answer questions, and distribute conference packets, allowing you to get acquainted with our SC family quickly. 

Conference Concierge 

• Staffed throughout the conference
• Provides the latest information on sessions, sign-up sheets for networking dinners, assists with navigating around the hotel, provides general conference information, lost-and-found, and staff a conference message board

Wednesday Reception Volunteer:

• Present throughout the reception
• Answering questions of attendees

Experience Keeper: 

• Shift last 2 hours
• You will start and end the learning sessions
• Help presenters 
• Help with Q & A – with microphones 

Closing Celebration

• Assist with distributing closing items

Social Media 

• Shifts – present and posting throughout the conference
• Post live stories
• Capture Interviews
• Grab pictures of our SC family

Wayfinding, Runner & Support

• Available throughout the conference  

Please Note: 

• Volunteer spaces are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Filling out the form does not guarantee hours will be available. 
• The schedule will be distributed to everyone who signed up prior to the conference.
