HOTEL PAYMENT DETAILS:
A credit card is required to make and hold the reservation,
REQUIRING A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit guarantee of one night’s room plus tax.
Thirty (30) days before arrival the remainder of the balance will be charged, including all fees.
Upon check-in, if you are paying with a credit or debit card, your card will be authorized for the full amount of your stay plus, a $50 per day temporary authorization for incidentals.
If you are paying in cash, you will still be required to put a credit or debit card on file,
and this card will be authorized for any outstanding balance plus a $50 per day temporary authorization for incidentals.
You must present the credit or debit card that was used for your deposit at the time of check-in. If a corporate card was used for the deposit, please have your company’s credit card authorization form with you.
