The 1st of its kind - A National Service Coordinator Conference Created for SCs by SCs

Our policy is designed to ensure fairness for both attendees and organizers, taking into account the time, planning, and costs involved in hosting a successful event. 

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION IS $650.00 

(attendees responsible for hotel and incidentals)

1. Conference Registration Closes September 1st. 
2. Conference Registration Payments must be received by September 15th, to attend. 

Cancellations 

1. Request to cancel registration will be accepted in writing only and must be emailed to The Center at conference@qualitywithoutcompromise.org 
2. Registrants can cancel their registration without penalty and receive a full refund by July 30th. 

Refunds 

1. Request to cancel a paid registration received by August 15th, the registrant will receive a registration refund less the $100.00 administration fee 
2. Request to cancel a paid registration received between August 16th and September 1st, the registrant will receive a registration refund fee less $200.00 administration fee 
3. No Refunds will be granted on or after September 2nd.  The Center may offer a registration credit to a future Conference for extenuating circumstances requiring documentation. 

Substitutions 

Substitutions must be submitted in writing by September 1st, to The Center at conference@qualitywithoutcompromise.org 

No Shows 

We do understand there will be circumstances beyond your control that may cause you to cancel. Hardship cases such as family emergencies, death, or illness will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis regarding refunds.   

CONFERENCE CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT or FORCE MAJEURE 

We actively follow federal, state, and local guidance on in-person gathering and travel. If conditions change, we will inform The Center’s community of our response as soon as possible. 

CANCELLATION OF CONFERENCE

In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled, attendees will receive a full refund of their registration fee. However, the organizers are not responsible for any other costs associated with attending the conference, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

CHANGES TO THE CONFERENCE

The organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any aspect of the conference, as well as to change the location, date, or time of the event. In the event of any such changes, we will notify attendees as soon as possible and will offer the option to transfer their registration to a future event or receive a full refund of their registration fee.

FORCE MAJEURE 

If the conference is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as a natural disaster or governmental action, attendees will not be entitled to a refund. However, we will make every effort to reschedule the event or offer alternative arrangements if possible.

PHOTO/VIDEO AUTHORIZATION

I hereby give my consent for The Center to use my image, likeness, and sound of my voice as recorded on audio in future promotions, including print and electronic media as well as video. I understand that The Center may take photos/video coverage of this conference and that these photos/video coverages remain the property of The Center.  Permission is also granted to use quotes from the interview(s) (or excerpts of such quotes), the film, photograph(s), tape(s) or reproduction(s) of me, and/or recording of my voice, in part or in whole, in its publications, in newspapers, magazines and other print media, and electronic media (including the Internet), in theatrical media and/or in mailings for educational and awareness.  By registering for the National Service Coordinator Conference, I give my consent and acknowledge receiving this information.  If I do not agree to this consent, I can contact The Center at conference@qualitywithoutcompromise.org.
